FORMING THE DOMESTIC CHURCH

We call committed married couples into community to share the journey of marriage together, living as beacons of Christ’s joy to the world.

MARRIAGE IS A JOURNEY TOGETHER.

Marriage is a beacon of God’s love for us. In a world that has lost sight of the beauty of marriage, couples can often feel isolated and alone in their struggles.  We created the Cana Groups so that couples can enter into relationship with each other, draw closer to Christ, and strengthen each other so that each marriage can be a shining light of God’s love.

COMMUNITY

Marriage is filled with challenges, but God did not intend for us to face them alone. We gather together and grow in relationship so we can support each other throughout the marriage journey.

FORM

Each group not only forms its own community, but helps members form a deeper understanding of their faith, their marriage and their family, bringing their hearts closer to Christ.  At each meeting we pray together, learn together, and simply enjoy being together

GROW

When we learn from each other, we are able to grow in new and powerful ways in our marriages. This growth enriches us in the lifelong journey of marriage.

HOW ARE CANA GROUPS HELPFUL?

The journey of marriage is richer when we do it together. Cana Groups help by providing a community of marriages to support each other as companions on the journey. Over the years, lifelong friendships have been forged, prayers have been answered, and our marriages and families strengthened. Overall, members of the Cana Groups have reaped an abundance of fruit and have rarely ever experienced divorce.

CANA BOX

Cana Groups are specifically designed to be simple. All the materials you need to start a group can be found in the Cana Box, which will be provided either physically or virtually. The box includes a Leader Guide and the curriculum for the first six meetings. The Leader Guide provides step-by-step instructions for how to start a group, run each meeting, and all of the reading and discussion materials are found in the curriculum.  No training is needed.
